Memory access speed for ZC29 series

When you're interfacing 4M/8M Flash with CPU and MCU, there are variety of Flash speed in market. Like -150, -120, -100, -70, -50. Of course, faster one comes with more price.

ZC29040/080 based on 20ns SRAM
with protection circuit delay,
Address,CE,OE is 4.5ns
Data Bus is 4.5ns

Plus PCB and CABLE DELAY as 3ns

So, Read cycle speed is
(Address,CE,OE to DATA valid)= 20 + (4.5+3)x2 = 35ns
